Late summer/early fall bikepacking trip

Late summer/early fall bikepacking trip

The idea was rehashed this past weekend to do a bikepacking trip from the Hut to South Mtns maybe sometime in late August or early September. You don't have to have a road bike or a touring rig, maybe some slicks on your mtb. The route I have planned out is about 35-40 miles to get there. When we get to the park, we can figure out how far in we want to camp - preferably by the water. Sawtooth might be tough to hike-a-bike as it's hard enough just on foot. Anybody interested? So far, I've only mentioned it to Pigin and Brant. Brant said he was definitely in. I'm sure Christian would be down as well...

to note, we didn't do this trip 4 or so years ago b/c zoddler didn't want to and I imagine that's not going to change for this trip. he'll meet us there and have the camp site prepped with brie and spinach wraps.

I like the idea but I'm not down with pushing an Ardent for 30 or 40 miles. I might just drive up and camp.

I think you have me and Zod confused.  Zod will lay out a bi-lo deli spread.  Or maybe if you're lucky some takeout from Cracker Barrel and some pickles and cat whine.

No.
