Everyone please take a second to check out Will Murray's active.com page! He needs financial help to make it to the 2008 UCI BMX Worlds in China. Will was born and still lives in the Charlotte, NC area. He has ridden/raced BMX practically his whole life and is currently a nationally ranked BMX racer without a sponsor. (cont...)

Gaston Parks & Rec hooks up PASA!

Gaston County Parks and Recreation has purchased trail tools for PASA to use on any of our Gaston County projects (yes we might have more than one very soon). They are also going to give us a key to a closet at their new storage building at Poston Park so we can store the tools and other items there. These are all fire fighter quality tools with fiberglass handles and a total value of around $700! (cont...)

Kings Mountain Gateway Trail Groundbreaking

Thursday, November 15th the Kings Mountain Gateway Trails Inc. (KMGT) will have two groundbreakings for the Kings Mountain Gateway Trail. This greenway that will run 5-7 miles attaching the Town of Kings Mountain to the newly inter-connected Kings Mountain State Parks, Kings Mountain National Military Park, and Crowders Mountain State Park.
